California Business and Professions Code > Bus. & Prof. Code §11218. Time-Share Interest and the Corporation Code
A time-share interest in a time-share plan shall be deemed an interest in subdivided lands or a subdivision for purposes of subdivision (f) of Section 25100 of the Corporations Code. [2004]
