California Health & Safety Code > Health & Saf. Code §25919.4. Employee’s Representative
“Employee’s representative,” as used in this chapter, means an employee’s union representative, a member of the employee’s immediate family, a nonrelated member of the employee’s household, and an employee’s attorney or a person with power of attorney. [1990]
