“Agent,” as used in this chapter, means a person acting in accordance with Title 9 (commencing with Section 2295) of Part 4 of Division 3 of the Civil Code for purposes of managing, operating, leasing, or performing a similar function with respect to a building subject to this chapter. [1990]
