It contains the statutes that Epsten Grinnell & Howell believes will be most helpful to community association managers and board members in the performance of their duties. It also includes checklists pertaining to significant statutory duties imposed on community associations, boards of directors, and community association managers.
The Resource Book is updated annually and one complimentary copy is made available to each community association that we represent and its respective manager.
